- Introduction
Welcome to The Santa Monica Cleaning Company. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By booking and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. - Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. Specific services and pricing will be detailed in your service agreement or booking confirmation. - Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic transfers.
- Recurring services may require prepayment or a subscription-based payment plan.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount quoted for the job.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff shortages, or emergencies).
- Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue through a re-clean or refund, subject to our discretion.
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee.
- Clients should secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning. We are not liable for lost or damaged items unless negligence is proven.
- Any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions must be disclosed in advance.
- We insist clients are present at the end of job completion as to inspect the work any issues at this point can be discuss with the crew and resolved.
- Liability and Insurance
- We carry liability insurance for accidental damage caused by our team.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
- Confidentiality and Privacy
- We respect client privacy and will not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
- Amendments to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
